Meridas operates strictly as a management, consulting, and coordination platform registered in Cyprus. We coordinate activities, manage project workflows, and provide administrative consulting. Meridas is not a licensed security agency, transport operator, or financial institution. Any specialized services requiring regulatory licensure are executed exclusively by authorized and certified third-party service providers engaged on behalf of our clients.
2. Advisory & Service Limitations
All information, reports, audits, and advice provided on this platform or by our operational representatives are intended for informational and organizational purposes only. While we perform meticulous partner audits and risk assessments, clients are advised to exercise independent verification before executing high-risk projects.
3. Intellectual Property
All proprietary graphics, site branding, digital network visualization, logo designs (including the Cyprus coordination grid and logo motifs), and copyright text stacks belong exclusively to Meridas. Unauthorized duplication, framing, or representation of our brand is strictly prohibited.
4. Limitation of Liability
Meridas, its directors, and coordinate agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party vendor operations, logistical delays, external risk factors, or the use of general networks.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
